FUNDING SOURCES The following require separate application processes. Call the number listed or log on to the appropriate website for qualifying criteria:
Montgomery GI Bill, Veterans Administration, Call 1-888-GI-Bill-1: Benefits are paid directly to the student; benefit amount received is based on a "clock hour" program and is not related to the fees charged by the School. Virginia students are responsible for the timely payment of tuition to the School and may elect any Institute of Health & Healing payment option.

PAYMENT OPTIONS as of Jan. 1, 2012
Please note we do not finance the book/supply fee. This fee must be paid two weeks prior to the beginning of the chosen program.
OPTION #1:
PAYMENT IN FULL
If the complete payment is received at least one month in advance for the Massage program, you will receive a financial credit toward the cost of a massage table.
TIME PAYMENT PLANS
Time payment plans allow you to finance tuition in monthly installments. There is an interest charge of 8% if you require a monthly bill and only 5% if it is an automatic monthly payment on your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
OPTION #2:
TIME PAYMENT WITH DOWN PAYMENT
Pay an initial down payment amount and then finance the remainder of the tuition. The appropriate interest will be added and your payments will be divided by the total number of months in your program. Putting a portion of the financial amount down will result in smaller monthly payments.
OPTION #3:
TIME PAYMENT OF FULL TUITION (no down payment)
Finance the full cost of your program. The appropriate interest will be added and the payments will be divided by the total number of months in your program.
OPTION #4:
TIME PAYMENT OF FULL TUITION & MASSAGE TABLE (no down payment)
Finance the full cost of your program PLUS a massage table. The appropriate interest will be added and the payments will be divided by the total number of months in your program.
All tuition may be paid by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
All tuition payments are due the first of the month to begin the first month of classes. After the 5th of the month there will be a $50 late penalty charged for tuition payments that are delinquent.
The Institute of Health & Healing is certified to operate by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and is a Licensed School by the Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists.
